Super Duper Treasure to Share

I discovered the Etsy shop, Super Duper Things via the Kingdom of Style blog and instantly fell in love with her limited edition fairytale prints.

I bought a 10x8 print as quickly as you could say 'Etsy sign up' and it arrived just the other day, beautifully packaged with my address written in a hand-drawn house on the envelope.

The print is absolutely gorgeous and is going to look delicious opposite my 1930's mirror in the living room accompanied by the Dan Hillier piece I bought from Bust last month. I am delighted with it and I think you can see why.

I framed it today so it'll soon be on the wall.

Her shop is full of all sorts of delights, go on have a peek!

Stu-Stu-Studio!

I was perusing a few websites to prep/tease/tempt myself for my upcoming shopping trip when I discovered the H&M studio.

I quickly feel in love with a pair of shoes and ended up making outfit after outfit. I shall be hunting for the 3D versions of them from tomorrow. I hope I can find them, I've my heart set on them now!

Of course I also now want a lot of the pieces I used to style the outfits....

After School Snacks

My day of productivity nearly over I indulged in a few snackettes. Wasabi peas (today's lesson - more then 3 at a time does not make for a pleasant experience), and a bit of a browse on style.com.

I have a few favourite designers who I always look at but to be honest I love looking at whatever I fancy and style.com is perfect for that, there's always something new to catch my pupils.

Alice + Olivia

Love the colour palette of greys, blues and soft pinks. I'm a BiG fan of ribbed and coloured tights under shorts.
Who doesn't like a spot of matte sequins?
This collection's styling was so cute, lots of girly hats and tights to have fun with.

Chanel

Little Lord Fauntleroy is a definite style icon of mine.
I am obsessed with one day finding the perfect tailcoat.

Chanel
Gorgeous silhouette, loving all this matte shimmer.

Dries Van Noten
Colours - yes!
Trousers - yes!
Sleeveless Trench - oh yes!

Isabel Marant

C'est tres chic. J'aime et je veux....surtout le pantalon.

Rag and Bone

Two tone knee socks already planned for the needles this winter and mittens on long cord - absolutely! Definitely a winter look I'll be going for.

And my own catwalk looks so far this week?

A bit of lace, ribbon, denim and buckles. I call it - Monday's outfit.

Hooked...

The Big One kept playing it and now it plays in my head.

It makes me want to close my eyes and fall.

The List of Fear

Yesterday a seemingly innocent piece of paper arrived in the post for me.

Yet it struck fear into my very soul and I have had to hide it away and reside in the land of denial.

It is the performance list for my next lined up job. I shall be singing in this show, for the first time professionally, and these lickle pieces of paper confirmed that I shall be performing 2 shows a day, 6 days a week for 6 weeks.

O.M.G

That's a whole lotta singing I gotta prep for!

I just have to remember that the fear will subside, I'll start the prep and before I know it the excitement of this new challenge will set in....any day now....
