To be honest, I prefer any other platform to Blogger, but that's just because I'm a techno-blog-snob.
But, seriously, for the kind of pic-heavy, writing-light posts that you tend to lean towards, it might be a really good move.
It would also make posting on the go a lot easier as Tumblr has apps for most smart phones and sharing capabilities with a lot of other apps, too.
mm, yes I agree my blog style suits it BUT my followers and subscribers are here....
